The UMSON Student Photo Lookup Tool provides the student’s OneCard photo (if one is on file) to be shown by individual or by program. The search criteria are by last name, ID, or email, or you can look up students in a group based on their program.
The tool is available to all faculty and staff.
Student Photo Lookup Tool Access
- To access, select the link https://directory.umaryland.edu/idmadmin.asp
- Enter UMID and password
- Select Nursing Search from left menu
- In center of page, select attribute
- If searching by program, select it from program drop down, click Select, then Find User
- If any other attribute, select it (i.e. Last Name), put in a value and click Find User
- Do not select anything for “Select a program”
- It does allow for the wildcard value (Example: Last name attribute, value =” Kir*”, shows all users with last name that starts with “Kir”)
- Note: if you leave the Attribute Value field blank, you will get an error.
- After the user(s) are displayed
- They are in alphabetical order
- Hover mouse pointer over image to make it larger
- Select student’s name to see all available information
- GUID, Program, Name, SIMS ID, OneCard ID, email, photo
- To do a new search select Cancel button at the bottom of the page
- If you get caught in an error loop or can’t get the page to reset
- Click on Nursing Search, then Cancel button
