- Nurse-Led Integrated Peer-Based Diabetes Prevention in Substance Abuse Care Management: A Quality Improvement Project
- Description:
- Using a modified version of a structured DPP curriculum, eligible men and women enrolled in the DATER services voluntarily committing to participate in two 8-hour training sessions will deliver the 26-week DPP interventions to other program participants. The nurse program leader will provide weekly mentoring and guidance and collect, review, and analyze weekly logs of inputs and outputs from the baseline.
