Join us for a campus tour and get a firsthand look at the University of Maryland School of Nursing's facilities and programs in Baltimore.

Tour our Baltimore location with admissions staff who can answer your questions.

On the tour, you'll get to see UMSON classrooms and one of our 22 simulation and learning labs, where students learn to demonstrate mastery of knowledge, skills, and abilities in authentic professional situations.

You'll visit the Living History Museum, Maryland's only museum dedicated to nursing that chronicles the continuing story of the profession. The museum is located within our School.

You'll walk through the SMC Campus Center, home to:

And you'll take a peek into the Health Sciences and Human Services Library, the only publicly funded library of its kind in Maryland. It has a robust collection of digital resources (journals, databases, books) and counts 363,300+ print volumes in its holding.

Tours are limited to 10 people, and registration is required. We hope to see you soon!

Our Clinical Simulation Labs are designed to provide students with hands-on experience in a controlled, life-like environment.

Standardized Patient Program

Our Standardized Patient Program (SPP) is a unique opportunity for students to refine their clinical and communication skills with professional standardized patients. This program is a valuable resource for students to develop their assessment and intervention skills.

Living History Museum

Maryland’s only museum dedicated to nursing, the Living History Museum honors the critical role of nurses and chronicles the continuing story of the profession.
