How to Register (Select Your Program)
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Prior to registering, you should:
- View the Fall 2024 Lab Group Schedule
- Create your UMID and email (see Step 2 on the Accepted Students page)
- View information on the Foundations of Interprofessional Education and Practice Course
Payment is due the same day the semester begins.
Master’s-Level Entry-Into-Nursing (MSN-E) Program
Prior to registering, you should:
- View the Fall 2024 Lab Group Schedule
- Create your UMID and email (see Step 2 on the Accepted Students page)
- View information on the Foundations of Interprofessional Education and Practice Course
Payment is due the same day the semester begins.
RN-to-BSN Program
How to Register:
New RN-to-BSN students do not need an advisor's approval to register for the first semester.
- Create your UMID and email (see Step 2 on the Accepted Students page)
- Follow these instructions to select your courses and register online.

All Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) students must consult with their advisor before registration.

DNP Post-Master's Option students will have to complete our Verification of Nursing Master’s/Post-Master’s Practicum Hours Form.

Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Program
How to Register:
All newly admitted PhD students can submit their approval to register forms to the Office of Academic Deans at NRSPhD@umaryland.edu following the plan of study for full- or part-time students posted on our website.

- Follow these instructions to select your courses and register online.
