Graduates and Former Students: Proof of Liability Coverage While a Student
If you follow the link to the UMB Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Web page you will find the online forms needed to get proof of coverage and claims history.
In order to provide this information, EHS/Risk Management must also obtain confirmation of enrollment from the Office of the Registrar.
To allow enrollment confirmation to be released to EHS/Risk Management, graduates and former students must also complete an on-line request form from the Office of the Registrar.
Completing this two-step process online should save some time, but the process still takes at least 3 weeks.
