Make a Gift

The annual fund supports UMSON through unrestricted gifts or gifts designated to programs such as scholarships, the Governor’s Wellmobile Program, the nursing program at the Universities at Shady Grove, and the clinical simulation labs.  Since UMSON only receives 10 percent of its funding from the state, we depend on alumni, parents, and friends to consistently support the School through gifts to the annual fund.  Every gift, no matter the size, makes a difference!

Why would you give to the annual fund?

• You think changing the life of a student is a good return on your investment
• You understand that the percentage of alumni who give affects college rankings, and a higher ranking will make your UMSON degree more valuable
• You want to give back to UMSON because the School has given so much to you
• You’re a proud alumnus of the UMSON

So the real question is: Why not give to the annual fund?
