Benefits of this award:

Review Process, Notification, and Acceptance

Presenters are expected to register to attend the conference on the day of their presentation.  First authors for all accepted posters will receive a discount on their registration.  They are responsible for any additional expenses associated with the conference.

Once You Are Accepted:

Guidelines for Your Poster Presentations

The size of the posters should be no larger than 4’ high by 6’ wide and made to be hung using pushpins, which can be provided.  Posters visually identify programs or research projects by depicting concepts and context at a glance.  Authors will have the opportunity to discuss materials and provide related handouts.

The poster session will take place during a catered lunch from 12 noon – 1:30 pm on Friday, April 4, 2008, in the School of Nursing lobby.  Posters should be hung by the author on the prepared stands at the break, 9:30 – 10:30 am that day and removed by the close of the conference.  Posters not removed will be thrown away.
