Research

  • Liaison for grant-funded, high fidelity SimMan 3G. Served as a college representative in the collaboration of a grant-funded purchase of a high-fidelity simulation mannequin shared between Upper Chesapeake Health System and Harford Community College. Collaborated to coordinate the utilization of SimMan in the clinical setting with both staff and student nurses. Contributed to grant reporting (2011-2014).
  • Participant in a multi-site IRB approved study, coordinated by M-FAST leaders. Created high-fidelity simulations in collaboration with fellow Simulation Education Leaders from colleges and universities throughout Maryland. The collaboration assisted in the creation, implementation, and evaluations of evidence-based simulations (2010-2011).
