Reinstatement Information
Important Information for Students Requesting Reinstatement
If you plan to return to the School of Nursing, and were not in good standing when you stopped out of the program you must submit a request for reinstatement through the Student Affairs Committee (opens in new window).
Reinstatements will be reviewed on the dates listed below, and therefore all the required documentation (including faculty recommendations) must be received by the Office of Registration Services before these dates:
