Graduation Materials

To apply for graduation, students must logon to SIMS, click on Student Services and Financial Aid, Student Records, and then Application for Diploma.

Completion of Master's Degree

• Certification Form (Thesis Option)
• Certification Form (Non-Thesis Option)

Completion Post Master's

• Certification Form

Completion of DNP

• Certification Form

Course Requirements:

• Fulfillment of Course Requirements (Master's)
• Fulfillment of Course Requirements (Post-Master's)
• Fulfillment of Course Requirements (DNP)
