Post-BSN/Entry Level to DNP

UMSON is currently in the process of developing a post-BSN/Entry Level to Doctor of Nursing Practice degree for our six advanced practice nursing specialty areas – Adult and Gerontological Nurse Practitioner; Pediatric Nurse Practitioner; Family Nurse Practitioner; Trauma, Critical, Care, and Emergency Nursing; Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing; and Nurse Anesthesia. The launch of the Doctor of Nursing Practice degree is well on the way to meeting the national target goal by 2015. As the implementation plan is developed, we will post our plans and more details on our website. We are hoping to release an update on the implementation plan by June 2012.
