Office of Professional Education

Conference event

The Office of Professional Education supports the mission of the School of Nursing by developing progressive life-long learning programs for nurses and other professionals.

The staff members in this office have extensive experience and expertise in all aspects of program development and management, and work closely with faculty and groups to meet or exceed the stated goals and outcomes of each program.

These programs:
  • Reinforce the School’s brand and market position
  • Allow alumni and other groups to reconnect with the School and professional colleagues
  • Allow prospective students and faculty to become familiar with the School
  • Offer the opportunity for unique and mutually beneficial collaborations with other institutions of higher education, health care systems, governmental organizations, and industries.

The office is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
